1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 — Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of21 years of age to register an account and use the i1918kiss Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. i1918kiss may request age verification documents at any time and will suspend any account where the Player cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

3.2 — Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using i1918kiss is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you warrant that online gaming is permitted in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

3.3 — Disqualifying Factors

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on i1918kiss:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from i1918kiss or any affiliated platform;
• Individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform for breach of these Terms;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual without express authorisation;

4. Account Registration

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on i1918kiss. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, i1918kiss reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

4.2 — Accuracy of Information

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. i1918kiss will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact i1918kiss support immediately.

4.4 — KYC Verification

i1918kiss operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

i1918kiss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Transfer, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (Tether). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 — Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Players are advised to review current limits prior to initiating any transaction.

5.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours subject to KYC status and internal verification checks. i1918kiss does not impose artificial delays on legitimate withdrawal requests. However, requests that trigger risk management reviews may require additional processing time.

5.4 — Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, all Player funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. i1918kiss reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for large transactions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by i1918kiss are subject to the terms set out in this clause and any additional terms specified on the relevant promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to all applicable terms.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be specified for each promotion. For example, a RM100 bonus with a ×15 wagering requirement requires total bets of RM1,500 before the bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

6.3 — Maximum Bet Restriction

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single bet limit applies — typically between MYR 25 and MYR 50 per round or hand. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 — Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The full game contribution schedule is available in the Promotions section of the Platform.

6.5 — Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit as specified per promotion. Any bonus and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Player's account.

6.6 — Bonus Abuse

i1918kiss maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting promotional lopholes, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, and collusion between Players to artificially meet bonus conditions. Where abuse is detected, i1918kiss reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 — Game Integrity

All game outcomes on i1918kiss are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. i1918kiss does not manipulate game results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term statistical return over millions of game rounds and are not guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.2 — Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that results in an incomplete game round, i1918kiss reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to the Player's account. Payouts arising from a demonstrable system error are not binding on the Operator.

7.3 — Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on i1918kiss — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets — is governed by the Sports Betting Rules published within the Platform's Sportsbook section. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the Sport-specific rules, the Sport-specific rules shall prevail for betting matters.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on i1918kiss and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing for financial gain;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing i1918kiss staff or other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the i1918kiss Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, design elements, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of i1918kiss or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 — Platform Availability

The Operator's maximum liability to any Player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in the Player's account at the time of the incident.

11.3 — Third-Party Services

Any issues arising from third-party payment processing must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

12. Amendments to These Terms

i1918kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of i1918kiss following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The version of these Terms effective at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which i1918kiss holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
